By accessing or using patoestrada.com, submitting any form, or engaging with Pato Estrada's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its services.

Pato Estrada offers AI automation consulting and implementation services for B2B companies, including but not limited to:

• Lead response and follow-up automation systems
• CRM integration and workflow design
• Outbound acquisition systems (email, LinkedIn)
• Lead qualification and data enrichment
• Operational process design and automation
• Strategy consulting and system architecture

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements signed between Pato Estrada and each client.

The Growth Audit is a complimentary 30-minute strategic consultation offered at no charge and with no obligation to purchase any service. It is subject to availability. Pato Estrada reserves the right to decline or reschedule sessions at his discretion.

Information shared during the Growth Audit is treated as confidential and used solely to assess fit and prepare recommendations.

Clients engaging Pato Estrada's services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant timely access to required platforms, credentials, and internal contacts
• Designate a point of contact for communications and approvals
• Participate in scheduled reviews and provide feedback within agreed timelines

Delays caused by insufficient client cooperation may affect delivery timelines without constituting a breach by Pato Estrada.

All general methodologies, frameworks, templates, and proprietary processes used or developed by Pato Estrada remain his intellectual property.

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the specific deliverables built for their business. Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, or represented as the client's own intellectual property without prior written consent.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement — including business data, strategies, pricing, and system architecture. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Pato Estrada may reference client relationships and high-level results (as in case studies) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Automation systems and consulting services can significantly improve business performance. However, specific results depend on factors outside Pato Estrada's control, including data quality, team adoption, market conditions, and existing business fundamentals.

No specific revenue, lead volume, or ROI outcomes are guaranteed. Case study metrics reflect results achieved for specific clients and may not be representative of all engagements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pato Estrada's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Pato Estrada shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Pato Estrada operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms or any engagement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at patoestrada.com/en/terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
